Scratchcard Permit Information

  1. Visitor scratch cards are available to residents who are based within a Waltham Forest controlled parking zone. Residents of car free housing developments are also entitled to visitor permits for their respective controlled parking zone.

    You will need to supply:

    • 2 proofs of residency dated within the last 3 months in your application.

    Photographs of documentation will be accepted if you do not have access to a scanner.

    Residents are limited to a maximum of 10 purchased books of visitor permits per address per 12 month period.

    Households with a minimum of 1 resident over the age of 60 or a new born baby up to 3 months old are automatically entitled to one book of 30 x 1 hour visitor permits per year. To obtain this please contact wfpshop@nsl.co.uk supplying proof of age, birth certificate or hospital birth record.

    Visitor permits are single vehicle specific and not transferable and must be validated according to the instructions on the reverse of the permit.

    Refunds are not available on visitor scratch card purchases.

Applying for visitor scratchcards online is a three stage process, firstly you need to register with RingGo, then complete the permit application form and once that has been approved you can purchase your scratchcards. To purchase further scratchcards log back into this website and purchase scratchcards against your application
