It is possible to store up to five telephone numbers against your Resident Visitors Permit (RVP) (including both landline and mobile numbers whilst dependent on the parking operator), which will enable you to call RingGo to purchase your visitor sessions.

Folkestone & Hythe District Council - two telephone numbers
London Borough of Barking & Dagenham Council - one telephone number
London Borough of Croydon Council - one telephone number
London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham Council - three telephone numbers
London Borough of Islington Council - one telephone number
London Borough of Lewisham Council - one telephone number
London Borough of Richmond Council - five telephone numbers
London Borough of Waltham Forest Council - one telephone number
Medway Council - one telephone number
Milton Keynes Council (On-Street) - one telephone number
Portsmouth City Council - no telephone number
Watford Borough Council - three telephone numbers
To amend or add more telephone numbers to your RVP, simply follow these instructions:
- Login to myRingGo using your registered mobile (or landline) telephone number and PIN or password combination. If you do not know your RingGo PIN or Password, you can reset it using the relevant recovery tool. Please ensure you check your Junk/Spam mailbox for delivery of any reminder.
- Under the 'My Details' heading on the dashboard, click 'Edit Details'.
- The mobile number or landline number will be displayed. For those residents of a local authority which allows multiple telephone numbers, you will see “Phone Number 2” through up to “Phone Number 5”, which is where the additional numbers can be entered. If amending, delete the mobile number* and enter the telephone number (either mobile or landline) you wish to use to purchase visitor sessions. For additional telephone numbers, enter each number in the relevant “Phone Number” field.
- Click 'Save' to apply the changes.
*The mobile number must be amended for use with the RVP telephone system as this is the primary number. This can be amended to either an alternative mobile number or landline number. If you attempt to amend the stored mobile number and receive the "Phone number already registered. Please contact us for help" message then a RingGo account is already registered against that telephone number and you should click the 'contact us' link to request our Customer Care Team merge the two accounts.
